Steppin' Out on SEPTA: People with Dementia

I wondered this many times but what exactly results in a person wildly traveling on public transportation, loudly muttering to themselves and being aggressive to other people. I almost feel bad for the random folks I see in the subway, since its almost obvious that their families are not around. I would not allow my mother or father in their old age, to wander the streets of Philadelphia with no caretaker, especially if they have some sort of mental disease. It's a sad sight to see. As for the drunkards, take a break until you get home, you reek of alcohol and your dirty words are disgusting and unwanted.
