I'm trapped in a 4-walled city without my soul,
Got no idea how to find it.
It left me a long time ago.
So I sojourn.
Not just for truth but for all things.
The water to quench my thirst,
The Earth to mold to my feet,
The wind to wrap around my waist,
And take me from here.
So I can leave this shallow filled glass of dreams half fulfilled,
And find hope's giant old key,
And use it to unlock the broken doors,
My heart locked away for rejection's sake.
And melt into the surrounding oceans,
To wipe away my tears.
And wash away all my old sins to become anew.
Rise from my ashes and be reborn.
For my soul has reunited with the body.
